To get a warranty replacement in-store, simply bring your registered ZAGG product and your damaged product to our location. Your product must be registered at ZAGG.com before any warranty claim. If you purchased through a ZAGG.com account, it’s already registered. A small replacement or installation fee may apply.
What to do if your ZAGG product breaks?
If your ZAGG product is damaged, bring it along with your registered device to any ZAGG store. We’ll assess whether it’s covered under warranty and replace it on the spot, usually in just a few minutes. No shipping, no waiting, no hassle.

What is ZAGG's lifetime warranty?
ZAGG offers a lifetime warranty on InvisibleShield screen protectors for the lifetime of your device. If your screen protector ever wears out or gets damaged, we’ll replace it. Just bring in your damaged protector and your registered product to our store. A small replacement fee may apply.
Do I have to return my damaged product when getting a warranty replacement in-store?
Yes, we will need your damaged product to process the replacement.
